On a cool damp morning 129 runners embarked on 7.8 miles of multi terrain running for the 4th South Molton Struggle.  The conditions proved to be pretty decent for running despite being very muddy and slippery in places, who doesn't like a bit of mud though.  The course record was smashed by the winner Tom Adams who had travelled all the way from Ilkley, running in a time of 42 minutes 47 seconds.  The first lady was Caroline Hewitt from Tiverton Harriers completing the course in 53 minut...

The Haytor Heller, one of the strugglers favourite events took place on Saturday 21stJuly and with it a fantastic turnout of club members. Seventeen strugglers made the journey to Dartmoor to take part in an extremely scenic but equally challenging 10k. The route takes in both Haytor and Hound Tor between which your find some steep descents and even steeper ascents! The new club hoodies took their first outing on Sunday 23rd October with all club members taking part in the Minehead Stagger and Stumble. Another fantastic day provided ideal running conditions for all the strugglers taking part in these challenging races.   The stagger saw 6 members venture over this tough terrain, taking in dunkery beacon at the highest point.
