Notice of AGM

The AGM will be held on Wednesday 20th November 2019 at South Molton Town Hall, New Assembly Room, starting at 8:15pm (or as soon as practicable after Streetlights).

The Meeting will receive the Committee's report and financial statement, elect Officers and Committee and deal with any other matter specified on the agenda.

Items not on the agenda may be raised and discussed at the AGM, but not voted on.

Any member wishing to place an item on the agenda should notify the Chairman by Weds 13th November.
